The role involves managing complex interactions between IT, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams, ensuring cohesive program governance and stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience, strong leadership capabilities, and is bilingual in French and English, with proven skills in managing large scale user adoption and agile methodologies.
Capgemini is looking for a senior PLM Program Manager to join its Global PLM Practice as part of a long-term digital transformation engagement with a major Aerospace & Defense industry leader in Canada.
This ambitious program aims to modernize the entire manufacturing value chain - from fabrication to final assembly - by deploying Dassault Systèmes PLM (DELMIA) and MES (APRISO) solutions across multiple sites, in close coordination with the migration to SAP S/4HANA. The ambition goes beyond toolset modernization: it is about transforming processes, reshaping ways of working and establishing digital continuity between Engineering and Manufacturing.
As Transformation Lead, you will be the Business-side pivot of the transformation - permanently on-site at the client's premises in Montreal area. You will ensure cohesion across IT, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams, while managing the client relationship and progressively building the Capgemini team and footprint around the program.
Compensation (including bonuses, commissions, or other forms of incentive pay) is not considered earned, vested, or payable until it becomes due under the terms of applicable plans or agreements and is subject to Capgemini’s discretion, consistent with applicable laws.
