Raise is hiring a Business Analyst - IT - Proficient for its client in Toronto. The role is a hybrid position based in Toronto, requiring on-site presence four days per week.

The contract is 12 months with potential extension, offering a competitive hourly pay range of $54 to $63.76. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement programs, focusing on commercial banking products, data-driven decisions, and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in strategy development, business process management, and large-scale project management.
• Full life cycle Business Analyst experience with Commercial Banking products.
• Previous experience in Commercial Banking roles.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data-driven decision making and financial analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences.
• Stakeholder management skills with ability to build partnerships and drive outcomes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for explaining complex information to diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

• You will support the management of program design, development, and implementation activities. This includes assisting with identifying opportunities and gaps while collaborating with stakeholders to support action plan execution. Additionally, you may be assigned to other strategic projects within the business as required to support organizational priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives

Must-have Skills:

• 3+ years' experience in strategy development, business process management, and large-scale project management
• Full life cycle Business Analyst experience with Commercial Banking products
• Previous experience in Commercial Banking roles
• Demonstrated proficiency in data-driven decision making and financial analysis
