Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Business Analyst - Performance Enablement in Toronto, ON for a 12+ month onsite engagement. You will support program design, development, and implementation, identify opportunities and gaps, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive action plans and cross-functional initiatives.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, financial analysis, and strong communication to translate technical concepts for executive audiences, within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in strategy development, business process management, and large-scale project management.
• Strong impact and influence competencies with the ability to build partnerships with stakeholders, coupled with initiative and conceptual thinking to drive outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data-driven decision making and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to explain complex information to diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities in fast-paced environments.

Title: Business Analyst - Performance Enablement

Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)

Duration: 12 + Months

Daily Responsibilities:

You will support the management of program design, development, and implementation activities. This includes assisting with identifying opportunities and gaps while collaborating with stakeholders to support action plan execution. Additionally, you may be assigned to other strategic projects within the business as required to support organizational priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives

Must have skills:

• 3+ years' experience in strategy development, business process management, and large-scale project management


• Strong impact and influence competencies with the ability to build partnerships with stakeholders, coupled with initiative and conceptual thinking to drive outcomes


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences

Nice to have skills:

• Previous experience in Commercial Banking roles


• Knowledge of Commercial Banking products


• Experience in business analytics and insights


• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or equivalent programming language


• Familiarity with analytical methodologies and Machine Learning Modeling
