Job summary

Altis Technology in Mississauga, ON, is seeking a Business Analyst for a 9-12 month contract with potential permanency. The role blends financial analysis, performance reporting, and process improvement across a national partner network in a hybrid setup with 2-3 days on-site per week.

You'll develop dashboards, reports and analytical tools using Excel and Power BI, and support incentive programs while ensuring accuracy and timely insights for leadership and partners.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, reporting or operations support.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and expert-level PowerPoint capabilities.
• Experience with Power BI, dashboard development and business intelligence tools.
• Strong financial and KPI analysis skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor insights to different audiences.
• Proactive, organized and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
