iA Financial Group is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business needs into automation, AI, and data-enabled solutions. You will collaborate with partners to scope requirements, map processes, and support Agile delivery in Azure DevOps.

Fluency in English and French is required to interact with bilingual stakeholders and leadership. The role emphasizes rigorous analysis, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with IT analysts, developers, and architects to deliver

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience in life insurance or similar tech delivery roles.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and requirements-management capabilities are essential.
• Proficiency in English and French is required for presentations, meetings, and documentation with bilingual partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, analysis, and workshops with stakeholders to define requirements.

• Intermediate level of English and advanced level of French proficiency since the incumbent will be required to participate in presentations and meetings, as well as read and create documentation with internal unilingual English-speaking and French-speaking partners and executive leadership on a regular basis.
