Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance or related tech delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Intermediate English and advanced French proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business partners to understand challenges, needs, and objectives.
  • Facilitate discovery, analysis, and requirements-definition workshops with stakeholders.
  • Map and analyze processes for optimization, automation, and use of artificial intelligence.
  • Translate business needs into prioritized requirements and contribute to design of solutions.
  • Analyze impacts, dependencies, risks, and expected benefits while defining acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in Agile team activities with developers, IT analysts, and architects.
  • Support delivery planning in Azure DevOps and ensure alignment between business needs and deliverables.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and support adoption of implemented solutions.
  • Contribute to benefit realization and continuous improvement of delivery practices.

  • Intermediate level of English and advanced level of French proficiency since the incumbent will be required to participate in presentations and meetings, as well as read and create documentation with internal unilingual English-speaking and French-speaking partners and executive leadership on a regular basis.
