Job summary

iA Financial Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead IT Solutions Delivery for Claims. Reporting to the Manager, you will frame initiatives, define analysis directions, ensure solution consistency, and mentor analysts while advancing our business analysis practices across the organization.

You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, document Epics, assess impacts and risks, and maintain an integrated view of ongoing initiatives, contributing to quality and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• More than 10 years of experience in business analysis within complex transformation environments, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and synthesis skills.
• Excellent understanding of business processes and organizational challenges.
• Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and guiding multiple stakeholders.
• Broad strategic perspective with rigorous deliverables in mind.
• Advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written.

This individual is responsible for framing initiatives, defining analysis directions, ensuring the consistency of business solutions, and supporting analysts in carrying out detailed work. They maintain an overarching view of initiatives under analysis and contribute to the evolution of practices, methods, and quality standards.
