iA Financial Group is seeking a Lead Developer to drive design, evolution, and support of critical life insurance policy administration solutions within the Odyssey Train. The role emphasizes Microsoft technologies, collaboration with analysts and partners, and a commitment to quality and innovation.

You will contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies while delivering secure, scalable solutions using C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps or Git.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development within a Microsoft environment.
• Experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, SQL Server, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps or Git.
• Excellent written and spoken French skills.

• Participating in the analysis, design, development, and evolution of business solutions leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Developing and maintaining applications built on .NET and SQL Server technologies while ensuring performance, security, and long term sustainability.
