We are hiring a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team!

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect, document, and confirm business requirements and functional specifications.
• Perform BA activities for New Business Program Launches, Web Development, and Integrations with Clients and Third Parties.
• Participate as part of the Project Team for Large Enterprise Projects.
• Collaborate closely with clients, business partners, solution architects, and developers to ensure a shared understanding of business processes and requirements.
• Work with QA team to review test plans and test case scenarios.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with other business units and software vendors.
• Assist with tasks related to System Development Life Cycle phases for package and custom solutions.
• Attend and facilitate project meetings; track project status for BA activities.
• Investigate and document project issues and detailed requirements.
• Interact with IT staff, including management, vendors, and contractors.
• Represent IT Business Analysts with clients to clarify project scope and requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, MBA preferred.
• BA accreditation from IIBA or similar.
• 7-10 years’ experience in business analysis or related fields.
