Job summary

Eastlink in Halifax is seeking a Business Analyst in Customer Technology Solutions to bridge business needs with technology, define clear requirements, and help deliver tools that improve how customers and employees do business.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, support Agile delivery, develop test scenarios and UAT, and identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance user experience.

Qualifications

Work Location: 6080 Young Street, Halifax, NS (On-site, 5 days per week) Department: Customer Technology Solutions Reports To: Manager, IT Projects

Employment Status: Full time, 40 hours per week
