Job summary

The Burger’s Priest in Barrie, ON is hiring a Supervisor at our Mapleview location. Lead and coach a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced setting, with responsibilities including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory control.

We value enthusiastic leaders who can multitask, remain calm under pressure, and train staff for absolute service. Shifts include evenings, weekends and holidays; certification in Food Handling is preferred or available for certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do.
• Passionate about food and guest experiences.
• Food Handler Certification or willing to certify.
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently.
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Well organized with ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a hot environment.

Responsibilities

• Set clear expectations and follow up with your team.
• Take direction and feedback from Senior Management.
