Job summary

The Burger's Priest in Guelph is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and mentor the team. You will help ensure fast, friendly service and oversee cash handling, inventory, and opening/closing duties.

We value enthusiastic leaders who can manage shifts, stay composed in a busy environment, and deliver top-notch guest experiences. This role offers flexible scheduling and room to grow within the restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do.
• Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences.
• Food Handler Certified or willing to certify.
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed.
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Well organized with ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and in a hot environment.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile cash deposits.
