Job summary

The Burger’s Priest in Oakville, ON, is hiring a Supervisor to lead our team at the Oakville location. You will train staff, manage cash, handle inventory, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of leadership experience, a passion for food, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Food Handler certification or willingness to certify is required.

Qualifications

• Oversee a team to deliver consistent service excellence.
• Lead, train and coach staff to standards and SOPs.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling and deposits.
• Oversee inventory, orders, and stock counts.
• Foster a positive team environment in a fast-paced setting.

The Burger’s Priest is hiring a Supervisor at our Oakville location!

What you will do in this role:

Train and coach the team below you to provide “ABSOLUTE” service

Set clear expectations and follow up with your team on a regular basis

Take direction and feedback from the Senior Management team

Open and close the restaurant independently (key holder)

Reconcile cash deposits

Place orders and perform inventory counts

Address customer concerns ensuring that each guest leaves satisfied

What we are looking for from you:

Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team

Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do

Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences

Food Handler Certified or willing to certify

Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays

Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed

Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

Well organized with ability to multitask

Strong attention to detail

Ability to stand for long periods of time and in a hot environment
