Responsibilities

• Perform daily rounds and log readings.
• Complete preventative/demand maintenance tasks as needed.
• Ensure maximum energy efficiency of building systems and equipment.

Skills

Electrical or mechanical engineering background

Proven computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends

Education

4th or 5th class Operating Engineer qualification

2-5 years of experience in facilities operation
