Job summary

Riverbend Co-op is hiring a part-time Building Materials Clerk at our Home and Building Centre in Davidson, SK. You'll join a welcoming team that helps members and customers find what they need.

From processing transactions to stocking shelves, building displays, and assisting with deliveries, you’ll contribute to a clean, organized store and a positive shopping experience for the community. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to pick up additional shifts, with EFAP support

Qualifications

• Must have positive attitude and strong commitment to customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
• Must be 18+ to meet legal requirements for selling alcohol.
• Availability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and customers with friendly service.
• Process transactions accurately with cash handling.
• Stock shelves and maintain product presentation.
• Set up merchandising displays and weekly promotions.
• Assist with deliveries and pricing accuracy.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and safe.
• Support inventory counts and store operations.
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere for the community.
