Alliance Maintenance is seeking a Building Manager to be the primary point of contact for building issues and emergencies at residential strata properties in Metro Vancouver. You will report to the Strata Council and Property Manager, ensuring safety, security, and smooth daily operations.

The role includes coordinating trades, managing admin tasks, and supporting move-ins/move-outs with on-site responsibilities. Flexible hours exist for emergencies, with on-site training provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of building management or related role experience.
• Hands-on skills in general maintenance (painting, cleaning, repairs).
• Experience coordinating trades and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and minor repairs on-site.
• Support the property manager with notices, letters, and rule enforcement.
• Coordinate contractor work and provide professional tenant assistance.
