As the portfolio continues to grow, they are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who can combine strong technical building knowledge with hands-on leadership. Reporting to the property management leadership team, the Maintenance Supervisor will lead and support a team of building operators and maintenance technicians while overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and operational requirements of the assigned property.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will act as the bridge between technical building operations and team leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring building systems are operating safely and efficiently, maintenance activities are completed to a high standard, and residents, tenants, vendors and internal stakeholders receive a consistently high level of service.
The successful candidate will be a technically capable building operations professional with demonstrated supervisory or management experience.
Beyond technical qualifications, our client is looking for someone who is a hands-on, approachable leader who leads by example. You should be organized, proactive and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through and the ability to remain calm when dealing with urgent maintenance issues. Strong communication skills, accountability, teamwork and a genuine commitment to providing excellent service are essential.
