Our North BNB and Rentals is seeking a maintenance worker to service and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems at various locations. The role includes contacting tradespeople for major repairs and supervising junior workers, with frequent site moves.

Candidates should have a secondary school diploma and 7 months to under 1 year of experience, with willingness to travel to different locations as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel; work locations vary frequently.

Responsabilidades

• Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
• Perform minor repairs on appliances
• Supervise other workers
• Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
• Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
