The position includes prep duties, omelets and station work, plus the possibility to cover a Kitchen Steward task in absence. Join a team dedicated to hospitality and quality service.

Qualifications

• Able to work days, evenings and weekends as required.
• Detail oriented with accuracy and reliability.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Organized, reliable and capable of working with limited supervision.
• Professional attitude and positive guest service focus.
• Lifts and carries trays up to 20 lbs during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest inquiries regarding food choices.
• Attend to guest needs and maintain buffet comfort.
• Help develop cost-control measures to reduce waste.
• Assist cooks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure hot foods stay hot and cold foods stay cold.
• Prepare omelets, sauté items, buffets, salads and prep when required.
• Wrap, label and date all prepared foods.
