Job summary

Old Yale Brewing in Chilliwack is seeking Expeditors to bridge kitchen and front‑of‑house, ensuring dishes leave the kitchen accurately and on time while upholding OYB’s quality standards.

You will support service flow, communicate dietary restrictions, assist takeout orders, and help maintain cleanliness and food safety as part of a welcoming team proudly serving craft beer and food.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between kitchen and service teams.
• Verify order accuracy, presentation, and quality before food leaves the kitchen.
• Manage service flow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Communicate dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests.
• Support takeout orders, service recovery, and daily operations.
