Job summary

Old Yale Brewing is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to support our kitchen team in Chilliwack. You’ll keep dishes, glassware, and kitchen items clean while maintaining a safe, organized work area.

In a fast-paced craft beer environment, you’ll collaborate with cooks and front-of-house staff, follow sanitation standards, and help with prep and stocking. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for great food and craft beer.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, utensils and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and dishwashing areas.
• Support kitchen operations through cleaning, stocking and prep assistance.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are organized and ready for service.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to support daily operations.
