Job summary

Old Yale Brewing in Chilliwack is seeking energetic servers to create memorable guest experiences. You will engage guests with passion for craft beer, take orders, and ensure seamless service in a friendly setting.

Qualifications include at least one year in hospitality, Serving It Right, strong communication, and comfort with POS systems. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are a plus.

The time has finally come for Old Yale Brewing Craft Brewery + Kitchen Chilliwack to reopen its doors, but first we need to fill it with some awesome people…aka YOU!

The Role

At Old Yale Brewing, Servers are at the heart of the guest experience. You'll create genuine connections, share your passion for craft beer and great food, and help deliver memorable experiences that bring our community together one person, one beer, and one experience at a time.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable guest experiences.
• Take food and beverage orders and recommend beer, food, and merchandise.
• Accurately enter orders and process guest payments.
• Deliver food and beverages while ensuring quality and guest satisfaction.
• Support retail sales, special events, and brewery promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to support smooth operations.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum one year of hospitality, food service, retail, or customer service experience.
• Valid Serving It Right certification.
• Strong communication, organization, and guest service skills.
