Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to OYB recipes and standards.
• Execute prep, portioning, and station setup before service.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and service-ready.
• Support inventory management, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams.

At OYB, great food is at the heart of every unforgettable guest experience. As a Line Cook, you'll prepare fresh, high-quality dishes, manage your station with confidence, and play an important role in delivering the exceptional food our guests know and love.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to OYB recipes and standards.

Key Qualifications

• Food safety certification is an asset.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work flexible hours.
• Passion for great food and craft beer.
