Job summary

About the Role:

The Brick Associate, Merchandising plays a critical role in ensuring that our retail locations in Canada present products in an appealing and organized manner that drives sales and enhances the customer experience. This position is responsible for executing merchandising strategies, maintaining inventory displays, and collaborating with store management to optimize product placement and promotional activities. The role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles to create engaging and effective product presentations. The Brick Associate will also monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and provide feedback on customer preferences and trends to support business decisions. Ultimately, this position contributes directly to the store’s success by maximizing product visibility and accessibility, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail merchandising or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Post‑secondary education in marketing, retail management, or a related discipline.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced retail environment, preferably in home furnishings or related sectors.
• Familiarity with merchandising software or inventory management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
