Job summary

The Brick is actively seeking to expand our service team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will report to the Operations Manager and serve in one of our Canadian retail locations.

You will respond to customer inquiries and deliver courteous, solution-focused support. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong written and verbal communication, the ability to multitask, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
