Job summary

Bally's Interactive is seeking a Braze platform SME to lead strategy, configuration, and best practices, owning the technical direction of Braze deployments.

You will build and maintain integrations connecting Braze with player accounts, sportsbook and casino systems, CRM, and data platforms; design data models, events, and segments to support personalised engagement; lead implementations and migrations with minimal disruption to player communications.

Qualifications

• Extensive Braze platform experience and SME ownership.
• Experience integrating Braze with CRM and data platforms.
• Strong data modeling and event design skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Braze as technical and product SME, driving platform strategy.
• Build integrations connecting Braze with player accounts, sportsbook, CRM, and data platforms.
• Design player data models, events, segments, and environments to support personalised engagement.
• Lead Braze implementations and migrations with minimal disruption to player communications.
• Monitor platform usage, campaign performance, deliverability, and data consumption.
