Job summary

Braze is seeking a senior Applications & Integrations Lead to own architecture, governance, and the strategic roadmap for our GTM, CX, and platform tech ecosystem. You’ll lead a newly formed Applications & Integrations team, blending leadership with hands-on expertise in Salesforce and integrations to keep systems stable, secure, and audit-ready.

The role requires deep knowledge of middleware (Tray.io/Workato), data governance, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including

Qualifications

• 5+ years of application administration in mid-to-large scale environments (supporting 500+ users).
• Strong knowledge of connecting platforms with Salesforce via APIs (REST/SOAP) and OAuth.
• Experience implementing change management, data governance, and SOX/ITGC compliance.
• Hands-on experience with integration middleware like Tray.io, Workato, or MuleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Governance & Administration – Establish and execute the governance framework for Salesforce and GTM/CX apps, ensuring SOX/ITGC compliance and operational health.
• Integration Architecture & Delivery – Own lifecycle of new integrations, designing, developing, and deploying scalable system integrations.
• Data Integrity, Modeling & Sign-off – Lead data model/sign-off with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Salesforce architecture standards.
• Automation & Middleware Ownership – Manage Tray.io and deliver scalable automation across the ecosystem.
• Stakeholder Partnership – Translate requirements from GTM, CX, Marketing, Finance, Legal into scalable solutions.
• Documentation & Change Management – Maintain architecture docs and lead change management for integrations and apps.
• Day-to-Day Application Support – Provide hands-on escalation management across Salesforce and GTM/CX apps.
