Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a MarTech Project Manager to lead a major CRM and CDP transformation for its client. This newly created role will drive the migration from existing CRM/CDP to Braze and a Snowflake-based CDP, partnering with Marketing, Data, Product, Technology, and implementation partners.

You will translate business requirements into deliverables, manage timelines, risks, and governance, and ensure successful integration across CRM, CDP, and data platforms in an enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Project Management for MarTech/CRM/CDP environments.
• Experience leading CRM, CDP, MarTech migrations.
• Familiarity with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Iterable, Algonomy.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large-scale CRM and CDP migration initiative from planning through implementation.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements across Marketing, Data, Product, and Technology teams.
• Drive project timelines, governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate the migration and implementation of Braze and supporting customer data solutions.
