Responsibilities

• Visual execution: translate brand direction into priorities and daily actions
• Coach and lead Supervisors and Selling Associates
• Uphold product storytelling and selling behaviors to reflect brand tone
• Manage talent lifecycle including interviewing, hiring decisions and performance
• Execute labor scheduling to optimize staffing
• Lead floorset mapping, product launches and shipment processing
