Responsibilities

• Lead and coach associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Execute and maintain visual standards and brand storytelling in the beauty area.
• Support selling behaviors and product presentation aligned to brand guidance.
• Ensure sales floor and fitting room standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve the customer and brand experience.
• Assist with broader store leadership tasks as needed.
