Qualifications

  • Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results.
  • A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
  • Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work.
  • Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
  • Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
  • 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the overall customer and brand experience within the Victoria’s Secret Business and ensure product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives.
  • Own visual execution by translating brand direction into priorities and daily actions.
  • Lead product storytelling and selling behaviors to protect the emotional tone of the customer experience.
  • Provide category-level performance insights using company tools and reports.
  • Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards (where applicable).
  • Oversee talent lifecycle including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management with the Store Manager.
  • Direct reports include Victoria’s Secret Supervisors and/or Selling Associates; lead in higher volume or more complex environments.
