Job description

Join us to apply for the Brand Specialist role at Red Bull.

This role is vital to the Red Bull Canada Marketing team, leading the development of creative brand and event identities (logos, key visuals), media plans, and execution tools for regional and national events. Success requires collaboration across various marketing functions (Sports, Culture, Media Network, Field Marketing, Sales) and managing global/external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creative development, effective onsite/execution strategies, media planning, attention to detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to balance internal stakeholder needs with brand and consumer expectations.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Creative Development: Build communication with external creative agencies, ensure brand standards, lead visual identity development, and coordinate with HQ for global creative assets.
  2. Project Management: Act as the main contact for event projects, manage timelines and budgets, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  3. Agency & Stakeholder Management: Define advertising objectives, brief external agencies, and ensure collaboration across departments for cohesive marketing plans.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in Brand Marketing, preferably with lifestyle brand experience in field marketing or events.
  • Degree in Commerce or Marketing preferred.
  • Proven collaboration skills across teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and creative storytelling.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with creative, media, or translation agencies.
  • Strong creative eye, innovative mindset, and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent project management and organizational skills.
