Job description

The Brand Specialist plays an integral role on the Red Bull Canada Marketing team, leading the development of creative brand and event identities (logos, key visuals), media plans, and executional tools to support regional and national events and audience content. The role requires effective collaboration across Red Bull Canada’s marketing functions (Sports, Culture, Media Network, Field Marketing, Sales) and managing global/external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creative development, onsite/execution strategies, media planning, attention to detail, sharp project management skills, and the ability to balance internal stakeholder needs with brand and consumer interests.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Creative Development: Build and maintain communication with external creative agencies, ensuring adherence to Red Bull brand standards. Lead the creation of visual identities, logos, key visuals, campaign assets, and promotional materials. Coordinate with HQ to adapt global creative masters for the Canadian market. Work closely with Event and Field Marketing managers to support on-site branding and promotional activities.
  2. Project Management: Serve as the primary contact for event and activation projects, guiding brand guidelines and best practices. Develop and communicate brand plans, manage project timelines and budgets, and evaluate campaign outcomes to inform future strategies.
  3. Agency & Stakeholder Management: Define advertising objectives with marketing and field teams, lead briefings to external media agencies, and ensure creative alignment. Analyze campaign results and foster collaboration across departments for integrated marketing plans.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Over 3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, preferably with a lifestyle brand background in field marketing or event management.
  • Degree in Commerce or Marketing preferred.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Strong analytical and creative storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with creative, media, or translation agencies.
  • Excellent creative eye and innovative mindset.
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic.
  • Exceptional project management skills, organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects.
