We’re looking for a Brand Manager to build and strengthen our orthodontic doctor’s local presence through strategic brand campaigns, community engagement, and digital marketing efforts. This role will encompass project management, strategy development, and hands-on management skills. We are looking for someone who can also develop practice messaging, marketing campaigns, oversee execution, and ensure alignment with our practice value propositions.

This person will lead concurrent brand building campaigns ensuring stakeholders are meeting their timelines and goals (project management). This role will guide, oversee, and assist practices on local PR, social media, website content, and community marketing initiatives, while also managing photo and video shoots, local awards, and brand activation activities to enhance visibility and grow brand awareness. They will work with internal teams, practice teams, and external partners to bring marketing initiatives to life while ensuring brand consistency and performance KPIs are being met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage various marketing campaigns inclusive of new doctor on boarding, brand transitions, and local awareness campaigns
  • Develop and execute local brand strategy, ensuring consistency with business goals and brand messaging.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns across PR, social media, website, and local community initiatives.
  • Oversee and coordinate video and photo shoots, ensuring high-quality brand representation creating assets to be used across various channels.
  • Manage participation in local awards and recognition programs to enhance brand credibility.
  • Manage community engagement efforts, including partnerships, sponsorships, and local events.
  • Collaborate with practice and internal teams to bring brand campaigns to life.
  • Monitor and report on campaign success, using KPIs such as brand awareness, social engagement, and community impact.

Who You Are:

  • Strategic and execution-focused, able to both plan and oversee execution.
  • Able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Can build relationships with multiple stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Strong campaign builder, experienced in developing and managing marketing initiatives.
  • Hands-on leader, comfortable overseeing key brand moments like video shoots and local awards.
  • Experienced in retail marketing, with an understanding of consumer engagement and brand growth.
  • Results-driven, focused on delivering measurable brand impact.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience
  • 2+ years of experience in brand management preferred
  • Retail experience preferred; healthcare knowledge can be learned on the job.
  • Strong background in campaign development, PR, and community marketing.
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and creative teams.
  • Ability to handle both high-level strategy and hands-on execution.30
