Description
The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing social media platforms, websites, marketing campaigns, events, and collateral. The role supports the Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing teams to achieve sales targets, revenue, and margin growth.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position contributes to Archway’s business objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and optimizing paid social campaigns for accuracy and efficiency
- Analyzing campaign performance for leads and engagement
- Managing paid search budgets on platforms like Google and Facebook to enhance online visibility
- Building relationships with publishers and online media outlets
- Utilizing tools such as Developer Tools, Google Analytics, and HubSpot
- Developing trend reports and staying updated on social platform changes
- Reviewing data reports to identify trends and insights
- Staying current with web trends and implementing SEO strategies with original content
- Copywriting and content optimization
- Maintaining a database of web content and success stories
- Enhancing website conversion rates through web analysis tools
- Planning and executing content and ad campaigns to improve quality and impact
- Organizing promotional events, trade shows, and coordinating materials
- Creating blog posts, imagery, videos, and print collateral across platforms
- Ensuring content accuracy and consistency
- Collaborating with departments to produce multimedia content reflecting company capabilities
- Setting and reporting monthly production goals
- Managing resources such as corporate documents, case studies, and marketing calendars
- Supporting RFPs and proposals
- Managing internal communications and inquiries
- Organizing townhall presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience
- Experience in advertising, sales, and marketing environments
- High energy and adaptability in fast-paced settings
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with content management
