Job summary

Altis in North Vancouver, BC, is seeking a Brand Experience Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of brand experiences and community programs for a leading outdoor apparel organization.

You'll work with cross-functional teams and external partners to plan events, manage contracts and logistics, and ensure every engagement reflects quality, collaboration, and innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in event coordination, project coordination, experiential marketing, partnerships, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting contracts, invoicing, POs, budgets, or other admin processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaborative approach.
• Willingness to travel as required in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating large-scale events or partner programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of brand experiences and events.
• Coordinate programming, logistics, timelines, and event delivery with teams and partners.
• Manage contracts, POs, invoices, and vendor coordination.
• Support professional partner programs, onboarding, and tracking tools.
• Assist with travel, venue logistics, product coordination, and on-site support.
• Research industry trends and community partners to support future initiatives.
• Contribute to project reporting, event recaps, and process improvements.
