communicate clearly, collaborate naturally and bring both creativity and thoughtful
planning to every project.

You lead with calm and initiative, guiding teams, managing priorities and supporting strong client and stakeholder relationships. You care deeply about creating meaningful experiences and bring curiosity, professionalism and pride to your work. Most importantly, you’re energized by being part of a team that values connection, creativity and delivering exceptional events that leave a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do
Lead the planning and execution of events from discovery to post-event wrap:

  • Translate creative concepts and high-level ideas into clear production scopes, budgets, timelines, and execution plans.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, including financial tracking, reporting, forecasting, and final reconciliations.
  • Contribute production expertise to early-stage project planning, including preliminary budgets, schedules, and feasibility assessments.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including creative, production, operations, design, external vendors, contractors, and junior staff.
  • Build and manage detailed task lists, critical paths, production schedules, run of show, and cue-to-cue documentation.
  • Champion the creative vision in close collaboration with the Director of Creative & Strategy and Design teams, ensuring feasibility and excellence in execution.
  • Guide client communication and maintain strong, trusted relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Support the development of clear, compelling project materials that communicate production approach, scope, and cost considerations.
  • Source, negotiate, and contract venues, talent, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Oversee permitting, insurance, risk management, and compliance with municipal,, and federal requirements.
  • Build robust contingency plans and lead onsite issue resolution and risk management.
  • Produce post-event reports with insights, recommendations, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years as an Event Producer or Event Manager in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Proven experience leading project teams and mentoring junior staff.
  • Demonstrated success managing large budgets and financial processes.
  • Exceptional client communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of organization and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Understanding of permitting, risk management, insurance and event safety.
  • Familiarity with sponsorship, talent booking and government/stakeholder engagement is an asset.
  • Proficiency with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, Forms, etc.)
  • On-site confidence and comfort working in active production environments.

We believe collaboration fuels quality work. Our team works 2–3 days per week in our
Vancouver office, with flexibility to work remotely on other days. During peak project
