Job summary

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator who is genuinely passionate about product, brand, and the customer experience. You’ll join the brand team of a well-established consumer organization in the fashion retail, outdoor, and sports space, helping bring structure to product knowledge that currently lives across multiple sources.

At the heart of this project is creating a trusted, centralized source of truth. You’ll gather technical product details, designer notes, and other key information, then organize it into an accessible knowledge base that helps teams find accurate information quickly and confidently.

Your Responsibilities

  • In this role, you’ll keep the project moving forward by coordinating inputs, priorities, and deliverables.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of project coordination, data coordination, knowledge management, or related experience.
  • Experience within fashion retail, outdoor, sports, apparel, or another product-focused consumer brand is strongly preferred.
  • Experience gathering, organizing, and consolidating product information from multiple sources.
  • Strong interest in product, data, and building effective knowledge-management solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to create structure from complex information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for product, brand, and the customer experience.
