You will hire, train and supervise staff while ensuring high client service and compliance. The role is on-site full-time, with a base salary range and annual incentive opportunities.

You will coordinate operational tasks, support Investment Advisors, and ensure profitability and smooth branch functions within Wood Gundy.

Qualifications

• CIRO-ID licensing in good standing.
• Postsecondary degree/diploma or 4+ years of brokerage experience.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills for a fast-paced brokerage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead and coach support staff and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• People Management - oversee hiring, training, scheduling, supervision and performance management of branch support staff.
• Operations/Administration - manage day-to-day branch operations, budget monitoring and office coordination.
• Sales Support & Customer Service - assist Investment Advisor duties, process trades and maintain client service standards.
