The role emphasizes coaching, performance improvement, and strategic growth within a distributed electrical distribution network. You will oversee inventory, purchasing, and warehouse activities while maintaining safety standards and operational excellence across the branch.

Qualificações

• Brings well‑rounded branch operations experience with strong leadership potential, combining sales, operational knowledge, and team support to drive day-to-day performance and customer satisfaction.
• Requires 5–7 years of experience in branch, retail, or distribution operations, including at least 3 years in a management or leadership capacity with full P&L accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop branch employees to ensure consistent performance and employee engagement.
• Set and monitor branch sales and margin targets and work with the team to achieve them.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and vendor partners.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations including inventory, warehouse activity, and purchasing.
• Provide financial discipline and strategic direction to improve operational performance and market expansion.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand the branch’s presence and growth.
