Job summary

LGG Industrial is seeking a Branch Manager to provide strategic leadership and daily oversight of all branch operations and customer service. You will coordinate across Operations, Customer Service, Purchasing, Sales, and Field Service to deliver high-quality, cost-effective service and drive growth.

This role reports to the District Manager and requires strong leadership across multiple departments. Responsibilities include leading warehousing, production, safety, quality, shipping, and KPI

Qualifications

• 5-7 years warehousing or production experience
• 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience
• College degree in Business Administration or Industrial Distribution preferred
• Willing to work nights and weekends as required
• Excellent customer service skills and professional interaction

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise all operational teams including Warehouse/Production, Safety, Quality, Shipping/Receiving, Drivers, VMI and Counter Sales
• Oversee facility operations and ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Drive on-time delivery, inventory, and delivery processes
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews across all departments
• Maintain ISO9001:2015 standards and 5S implementation projects
