Job summary

LGG Industrial seeks a Branch Manager to provide strategic leadership and daily oversight of all branch operations, customer service, and cross-functional coordination with Operations, Purchasing, Sales, and Field Service. You will drive efficiency, safety and quality, maintain ISO standards, and lead teams to deliver on-time orders and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• 5-7 years of warehousing or production experience.
• 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience.
• College degree preferred; equivalent degrees considered.
• Ability to work nights and weekends, as required.
• Reliable transportation and professional customer interaction skills.
• Strong organizational skills and cross-functional interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee branch operations and customer service.
• Coordinate between Operations, Purchasing, Sales and Field Service.
• Drive on-time orders, inventory control and cost-effective processes.
• Ensure safety, quality standards and ISO9001:2015 alignment.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance reviews across departments.
• Manage budget, pricing decisions, and P&L as applicable.
