Job summary

Chit Chats is seeking a Branch Floater to support and lead branch operations across the GTA. You’ll help maintain smooth daily duties, ensure accurate shipments, and create welcoming client experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years in retail or customer service, bilingual English/French, and a proactive attitude. This permanent full-time position offers benefits and opportunities while you travel between Toronto area locations.

We’re looking for a Branch Floater who brings positive energy, curiosity and care to everything they do.

You’ll help lead our branch operations, support and motivate the team, create great client experiences, and jump in wherever you’re needed to keep things moving.

Lead the branch: Keep daily operations running smoothly, safely and efficiently.

• Class 1 safety shoes required

Total Rewards and Compensation:

• Hourly Wage: Starting$19.00 per hour - $21.00 per hour.
• Employer paid Group Benefits (Health, Dental and Vision; 80% coverage). After 3 months.
• Annual Year-End Bonus.
• Birthday leave (Paid)
• A rich GRSP plan eligibility after 3 months of employment
• This is a Permanent Full-Time position.
• Some travel within Toronto/GTA may be required.
