Job summary

Chit Chats is seeking a Branch Floater to bring energy, curiosity and care to the role. You’ll help run branch operations, support and motivate the team, create excellent client experiences, and jump in wherever needed to keep things moving.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, ensuring accurate shipment processing, and fostering a positive, collaborative environment. Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail, branch or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Positive, proactive mindset to “let’s figure it out.”
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Class 1 safety shoes required.
