TD Canada Trust in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a medium-sized team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will mentor staff, develop business strategies, and supervise daily branch operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with TD policies.

The role emphasizes strong communication, strategic thinking, and ongoing collaboration with Wealth and Business Banking to meet business goals and standards. A relevant degree and/or extensive branch experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and/or over 5 years of relevant experience.
• Completion of Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) and IFIC or CSC Course.
• Strategic thinker with extensive knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes, policies, programs, and systems to provide tactical direction to senior leadership.
• Proficiency in software tools including MS Office, and internet application.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with customers, employees, and cross functional teams.
• A thorough and accurate decision maker who can exercise discretion and judgement skills when working with confidential information.
• A dedicated and committed leader who can make an impact on the team and positively influence them and achieve results with effective negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills

Responsabilités

• Mentor the team and provide mentorship for customer conversations and banking solutions.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop and implement business development strategies within budget and communicate results.
• Ensure accuracy of customer transactions and operational excellence.
• Liaise with Wealth and Business Banking to stay updated on processes and regulatory changes.
• Promote TD's image and goodwill within the community.
• Lead and motivate a medium-sized team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage scheduling and administrative duties for the branch.
• Escalate and resolve complex customer issues as needed.
