TD Canada Trust is seeking a customer service-focused professional in Winnipeg to engage customers with day-to-day banking needs, educate on digital banking, and support frontline staff with transactions. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and continuous improvement of branch processes.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, IFC post-appointment within 6 months, and a preference for a related post-secondary degree, with strong MS Office and branch software skills to deliver

Formación

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC certification or equivalent within 6 months post-appointment.
• Post-secondary degree in related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, digital education and problem resolution related to banking solutions.
• Understand customer needs and guide to the right contact while maintaining confidentiality.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM and online banking to build confidence in digital tools.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and report non-standard issues.
• Recommend improvements to branch practices and processes to enhance customer experience.
• Participate in timely, accurate completion of business processes and procedures.
• Ensure documentation reflects business intent and regulatory codes of conduct.
• Promote teamwork and a positive, equitable work environment within the branch.
