Job summary

TD Canada Trust is seeking a Branch Manager in Regina, Saskatchewan, to lead a medium-sized team and drive exceptional customer conversations and service quality. You will provide mentorship, ensure compliance with policies, and coordinate with Wealth and Business Banking to stay aligned with evolving regulations and processes.

The role requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, plus BCO certification and IFIC/CSC coursework.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required or substantial relevant experience.
• Completion of Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) and IFIC or CSC Course.
• Strong strategic direction capabilities for investing and credit processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a medium-sized team to deliver excellent customer conversations.
• Mentor staff on banking solutions and customer experience.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement business development strategies within budget.
• Coordinate with Wealth and Business Banking on processes and regulations.
