TD Canada Trust in Regina, Saskatchewan, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a medium-sized team, mentor staff on banking solutions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while adhering to regulatory policies.

You will oversee branch operations, develop business development strategies within budget, manage schedules, and coordinate with Wealth and Business Banking to stay current with processes and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and/or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Completion of Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) and IFIC or CSC Course.
• Strategic thinker with knowledge of investing and credit processes, policies, and systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
• Strong communication with customers, employees, and cross functional teams.
• Ability to make discreet, well-judged decisions with confidential information.
• Proven leadership with ability to influence and deliver results.

Responsabilités

• Mentor the team on banking solutions to improve customer experience.
• Promote TD's image and goodwill in the community.
• Enhance customer experience by understanding financial needs and providing solutions.
• Escalate and resolve complex customer issues at the branch level.
• Oversee complex branch admin duties for funds, credit and compliance issues.
• Ensure optimal employee scheduling within the team.
• Develop and implement business development strategies within budget.
• Ensure accuracy of customer transactions per TD policies.
