Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet proficiency.
• Strong organizational, planning and time management skills for fast-paced environments.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle changing priorities.
• Excellent customer-focused communication and service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
• Assess customer needs to recommend banking solutions.
• Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalate as needed.
• Achieve goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately.
• Interact with customers to explain banking options clearly and accurately.
• Promote a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment through teamwork and development.
• Support the team by staying organized and updating status of routine activities.
• Deliver quality customer experiences and identify opportunities to improve operations.
