Job summary

ROBINSON is seeking an Inside Sales professional at our Calgary plumbing location. The role focuses on customer communication by phone and email, issuing quotes, and processing orders and returns to support our growing Canadian distributor network.

You will educate customers on product features, coordinate with Outside Sales for deliveries, and prepare quotes while maintaining accurate job quotes and records. The position emphasizes accuracy, speed, and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers primarily by phone and email.
• Provide timely quotations and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications.
• Process customer transactions such as orders and returns.
• Educate customers about features and benefits of products to improve product-related sales and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales to update customer contracts and deliveries.
• Assist with select returns and warranties.
• Prepare small to medium size job quotations.
• Provide quotes to customers via phone and email.
• Source and price products as per quote request.
• Maintain records of job quotes.

• Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
